Bobrisky Denies Giving EFCC Officials N15 Million Bribe

Famous cross-dresser, Bobrisky (Idris Okuneye) has denied bribing the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) officials with N15 million.

He took to his Instagram page and wrote:

“My attention has been drawn to a fake voice recording circulating on the internet that I paid EFCC 15 million naira and that I was never in prison.”

“I didn’t pay any EFCC money; it is a very big lie. I served my term in full and I came out. Discard any false information.”

For those who don’t know, popular social media critic, VeryDarkMan had on Tuesday, September 24th, 2024 released a voice recording allegedly by Bobrisky claiming that he bribed EFCC officials with N15 million.

In the recording, Bobrisky claimed that the N15 million bribe was meant for the EFCC officials to drop the money laundering charge against him.

Also, in the recording Bobrisky claimed that he never spent a day in the prison after he was convicted and sentenced to 6months imprisonment.

In the recording, Bobrisky equally said his godfather arranged a lodge instead of a jail for him where he serve his term.
