His Grace, Archbishop Dr. R. O. Adigbo JP has congratulated Olorogun Barr. Arthur Akpowowo on his election as a member of the Delta State House of Assembly in the March 18th Governorship and State Assembly elections.

Archbishop Adigbo in his congratulatory message said:

“Most importantly, the people have expressed through the ballots their desire and confidence on your ability to deliver quality and equal representation. That is a task and I believe you will not betray the trust of the people of Ethiope East as the Lord will see you through to a higher level.”
