Amosu Refunds N4 Billion

Air-Marshal-Adesola-AmosuAir Marshal Adesola Amosu (retd.), immediate past Chief of Air Staff who has been under investigation by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has refunded N4 billion in cash and assets to the Federal Government of Nigeria. Insiders at EFCC squealed to us that the former Air Chief issued two bank drafts of N2 billion and N300 million. Also, his eleven houses worth millions of naira have been forfeited to the government.

Besides, our sources disclosed that his wife, Omolara has refunded N381 million to the government and EFCC recovered 140,000 dollars from his country home in Badagry. Amosu was arrested by EFCC over his involvement in the 2.1 billion dollars Dasukigate arms scandal. Insiders at EFCC told us that the former top Airforce Officer has been co-operating with the agency.
