Famous Islamic Scholar, Sheikh Ahmad Gumi has dropped a bombshell.

He said: “I have no plans to reply those calling for my arrest over my recent comment against the Christian faithful.”

“I should not have reply for idiots in a democracy”.

For those who don’t know, Gumi had in a sermon referred to the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, Nyesom Wike as a satanic person.

He claimed that Muslims would be victimised should the FCT and Israel collaborate.

Gumi said that it is dangerous to entrust Nigeria’s national security to the hands of Christians and Southerners.

The Ohanaeze Ndigbo had said that Gumi should be arrested over his comment, describing the cleric as a “well-known associate of bandits”.
