Former governor of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Adamu Ciroma is dead.

He died on Thursday July 5th, 2018 at a hospital in Abuja after a protracted illness.

He was a founding member of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP). He served under the government of President Olusegun Obasanjo as the Minister of Finance from 1999 to 2003.
