A Twitter user has revealed a mother lost five of her children in the school building that collapsed in Ita-Faji, Lagos Island On Wednesday, March 13, 2019.

Sources said about 100 pupils were inside the school building when it collapsed. The cause of the collapse is still unknown. Efforts are still ongoing to rescue as many students alive as possible.

Besides, the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) spokesperson, Kehinde Adebayo, confirmed the collapse and he said; “Emergency officials are already on ground.”
