Professor Wole Soyinka has cried out to Nigerians that he did not endorse the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu.

This is coming following the reports making the rounds on social media that the nobel laureate has endorsed Tinubu ahead of the presidential election.

Soyinka in a statement by his media office said:

“Soyinka did NOT at any time or on any occasion issue such a statement.”

“It is simply the work of peddlers of fake news and falsehood, who profit from misinformation to gain political advantages.”
