That Prophet Onyeze Jesus, founder of Children of Light Anointing Ministries, Nkpor, Anambra State has been arrested by the police is an established fact.

Police sources told us that the controversial prophet was arrested for alleged indecent conduct.

The Anambra State Police Public Relations Officer, Haruna Mohammed also confirmed the arrest of the prophet.

For those who don’t know, the state Commissioner for Information and Public Enlightenment, Mr. Don Adinuba, had warned the prophet against practices which he termed, ‘criminal and indecent conduct in the name of religion.

Besides, the State Ministry of Health, in a statement warned hospitals and mortuaries operating in the state against allowing Onyeze Jesus access to their facilities to carry out his “widely publicized claim and planned magic that he would raise seven corpses from the dead on a given date.”
