Successful businessman, Chief Bemigho Eyeoyibo is set to bring some A-class artistes to his international hotel; Roseview Court in what he tagged “Show Me Your Logo”. He told Top Celebrities Magazine’s Assistant Editor, Sunday Adeyemi that the show is meant to bring A-class artistes to the doorsteps of Akute people. He talked more in this interview…

Four years ago, you started Roseview Court and some months back you included 360% Lounge. Is the new club living up to expectation?

Actually, when I started Roseview Court, I had a vision of a complete hospitality network which is all encompassing but I never thought that Roseview could grow so fast into this world standard. A club like 360% Lounge in Roseview Court; has a bar, lounge, restaurant, gym centre, salon, disco-tech club, etc. We just opened our gym a couple of weeks back, all the facilities are modern ones and this edifice has always been my dream. I thank God for my achievement and I wonder what I will do when I am 50 years plus.

What have been the challenges?

Of course, there are challenges. The challenge we always have is the issue of power supply. As a young and upcoming middle class entrepreneur, it has not been easy setting up a business of this magnitude because it is capital intensive. Capital is another challenge, you know it is always hard to get money from banks, in that case we used what we had at our disposal. More so, getting dedicated and committed staff is another challenge. I have not regretted my actions. Basically, to achieve my vision; I must be involved at all time.

Your wife has not been around, is she not interested in the business you are doing?

They say behind every successful man, there is a woman. My better half is truly behind me, she is a woman I will like to marry again. She has her own business which is part of Roseview Group of Companies.

What do you have for your guests and customers for the rest of the year?

360% Lounge has series of shows for our guests. Aside our in-house artistes in 360% Lounge which is our aim of entertainment network, 360% Entertainment is coming up with Ileya bash which we are intermarrying with the partnership league and it is tagged “Show Me Your Logo”. It will also be used to celebrate the Ileya Festival. The popular artiste to perform is Oritsefemi, the “Double Wahala” crooner and he will be performing with a couple of other artistes like Olamide, Partranking and other A-class artistes, they are coming to storm Akute live!

You talked about extension and construction of a standard swimming pool, when is that coming up?

Before the year runs out, it will be ready because it is presently under construction, our guests will get better services when it is completed.

You are a young, good-looking and focused businessman. How do you handle the issue of women?

I don’t womanize, I am dedicated to my wife, God has pleased me with the most beautiful woman on earth. So, I have no reason to womanize. I must not rule out the issue of temptation but I take care of that. I can’t chase them away because sometimes, they are my customers but I thank God for my wife, she is always there for me.
