Mr. Mohammed Balarabe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and Finance from Nottingham Trent University, UK, as well as an M.Sc. in Finance from the University of Lagos. A dealing member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange since 1992, Mohammed was an Executive Director with the former Oceanic Bank Plc. He was also a General Manager with United Bank for Africa (UBA) and was the General Manager & Chief Executive of Newdevco Finance Services Company Limited. He has over 24 years banking experience across business portfolios in banking. He was appointed to the Board in April, 2012.
