Popular media personality Nedu (Chinedu Ani Emmanuel) has shared his thoughts about comedian, DeeOne, following the controversy surrounding their appearance together on The Honest Bunch Podcast.

The issue began when Nedu invited DeeOne to his show, where DeeOne accused social media critic VeryDarkMan (VDM) of being gay, sparking widespread backlash.

In a recent interview, Nedu clarified that he did not regret having DeeOne on the podcast.

He said: “I didn’t regret bringing DeeOne to the Honest Bunch. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. The show has helped many people.”.”

His comments come after DeeOne revealed in a separate interview that it was he who had “set a trap” for VDM using Nedu, further adding to the tension surrounding the situation.

This controversy eventually led to Nedu stepping down from his role as the host of The Honest Bunch Podcast amid the backlash.
