Union Bank Plc has introduced a 24-hour toll-free Customer Service Line – 0800 700 7000 in its efforts to provide seamless banking services at a time like this when the country is in a lockdown due to the Coronavirus widepsread.

The new service was launched on Monday, March 30th, 2020. It is a multi-lingual customer service line and it will allow customers to call the Bank’s Contact Centre at no cost.

The bank’s Head of Retail and Digital Banking, Mrs. Lola Cardoso, said;
