Synthesis Boss, Desmond Ekeh Loses Brother

Demond EkehMr. Desmond Ekeh, CEO Synthesis Communications; an Ikeja based PR Company and Publisher of BrandiQ magazine has lost his elder brother, Mr. John Onyemauche Ekeh who died on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 of cancer.

John spent months going through therapies at the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan. He was a retiree of the Nigerian Railways Corporation, Ebute Metta, Lagos.

He left behind a wife, Mrs. Josephine Ada Ekeh and five children; Ikechukwu Philip, a medical doctor currently doing his specialist medical course at the Federal Medical Centre, Owerri; Ijeoma, an IT Specialist resident in the U.S and Chinyere, a graduate of Accountancy. Others are Obinna, a graduate of Theatre Arts, and Faith, a 300 level student of Linguistics.

Mr. Ekeh whose all five children attended the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife is an advocate of education for development. As a devout catholic, he also lived a peaceful and committed life to God.

His remains will be laid to rest on Friday, September 25, 2015 at his home town Umuejim-Umuekwune, Ngor Okpala LGA, Owerri, Imo State.
