Ex-Governor Sule Lamido of Jigawa State has been arrested. He was said to have been arrested by the police on Sunday 30th April, 2017 at his house in Kano state.

Sources revealed to us that the former governor was arrested for allegedly inciting his supporters to disrupt the conduct of the state’s upcoming local council polls and ensure that they win the local governments elections by all means.
