Sterling Bank has sacked 625 workers. Those sacked were given their sack letters on Friday 21st April, 2017. Most of the workers of the bank are now afraid because they don’t who will be sacked next.
It is interesting to know that most of the banks have been laying off workers. However, United Bank for Africa (UBA), Africa’s Global Bank operating in 19 African countries promoted 3,000 staff members recently.
