Sosa Fruit Drink And Bigi Premium Drinking Water Refresh Pharmacists At ACPN Conference

Sosa Fruit Drink and Bigi Table Water, two premium brands from Rite Foods Limited, were proud sponsors of the Association of Community Pharmacists of Nigeria (ACPN) Continuing Education Conference (CEC) 2024 held in Lagos.

Themed “Strengthening Community Pharmacy Practice for Universal Health Coverage,” the conference brought together pharmacists from across different community zones in Lagos to discuss innovative business models, positive mindsets, and collaboration for improved healthcare services.

The event had the sub-themes “Innovative Business Models for Community Pharmacists in a High Inflation Economy,” and “Mindset Shift: Cultivating Positive Perspectives in the Face of Adversity,” and was held from Tuesday, 19th to Wednesday, 20th of 2024, with emphasis on collaboration and teamwork for improved healthcare services.

Sosa Fruit Drink, with its five refreshing flavors, provided a tasty and healthy boost to conference participants. Bigi Premium Drinking Water, purified using best practices, ensured everyone stayed hydrated throughout the event.

In his remark, Pharm. Adewale Oladigbolu, the National Chairman of ACPN, said the aim of the conference is for Pharmacists to be better equipped with the knowledge to be innovative to serve the communities they represent. “We must continue to learn to be at the top of our profession,” he stated.

He said the community practice in Nigeria has a big challenge, as about 6,000 pharmacists are serving the country’s population of over 200 million people, a situation that calls for collaboration with the Federal Government for a more robust coverage plan.
