That popular musician and ‘Penalty’ crooner, Small Doctor, (Temitope Adekunle) was arrested on Monday, December 3, 2018 by the men of the police for possessing firearm and threatening to shoot a police officer is an established fact.

However, the musician has been granted bail by a Magistrate Court in Ebute Meta, Lagos. We gathered that the musician has been warned by the court to abstain from any violent act for the next one year.

Sources told us that the court have ruled in favour of Small Doctor because he had licence to move with a gun.

Meanwhile, Small Doctor has taken to his Instagram page following his release to speak. He wrote; “Believe In GOD, All power belongs to God. Thank you all for the LOVE and Positive Vibe.Omo Better is doing great. #OmoBETTERConcert This Sun Dec 9th Agege Stadium.”

It is noteworthy that Small Doctor is one of those Nigerian entertainers appointed Ambassadors to the Nigeria Police Force early this year.

Others are; Omoni Oboli, Odunlade Adekola, Sound Sultan, Dr Sid, Korede Bello and Ruggedman as they were all seen in Police uniforms posing with Officer Dolapo Badmos.
