Daring former lawmaker representing Kaduna Central district, Senator Shehu Sani has stylishly ridiculed Comptroller-General of Nigerian Customs Service, Col. Hameed Ali over his warning on the existence of expired rice in the market.

Sani took to his Twitter page and wrote;

“When people are hungry, they can hardly hear the warnings of Ali or Baba that the rice in their pots has expired.”

For those who don’t know, Nigerian Customs boss had on Wednesday, October 30th, 2019 warned that Nigerians are eating expired rice without knowing it.

He made the remark while inspecting the Area I Command, Port Harcourt and Area II Command of Nigeria Customs Service, Onne where Nigerian Customs Service destroyed containers of foreign rice smuggled into Nigeria.
