If death could be staved off, the families of Okonkwo and Ukaorah both in Enugu-Aja, Ichi, Ekwusigo local government area of Anambra could have done everything possible to prevent the transition of their daughter and wife, the late Mrs. Elizabeth Ukaorah (nee Okonkwo).

Particularly, Sam Okonkwo (Enyi Agbaoso Ichi) would have staked all he has to ensure that his darling and cherished sister lived. However, the inevitability of death has now left both families in deep mourning.
Homeward journey for the Mrs Ukaorah who was married to Chief Joseph Ukaorah (Ibunyili Ego) commences with a service of songs at her residence in Enugu-Aja, Ichi on Thursday, May 17th, 2018 at 6.30pm. A funeral service in her honour holds on Friday, 18th May at All Saints Church, Ichi at 10am.This will be followed by internment.
After her internment, late Mrs. Ukaorah’s funeral ceremonies will continue at her residence in Enugu-Aja and also at her parents’ residence located along old Nnewi-Oba Road, Ichi.
Apart from Chief Sam Okonkwo (Enyi Agbaoso Ichi) and Nathan Okonkwo (Eze Ugo), the deceased is survived by sisters, brothers, numerous nieces, aunts and nephews including Chief (Sir) Emma Bishop Okonkwo,OFR, (Ikenga Ichi)
Those who knew the late Ukaorah said she will be sorely missed. They described her as a devout Christian who made honesty, hard work and integrity her watchwords while alive.
In their grief and agony, the entire Okonkwo and Ukaorah families request the presence of their friends and well-wishers as they bid their departed wife and sister farewell.
