Saeon Storms SA For New Video Shoot

SaeonBarely two weeks after releasing Boogie Down, Baseline Music leading lady, Saeon is now in South Africa, to shoot the music video for her hit single, Awada Erekere.

The single, a love song, was released last year and produced by Gospel. Awada Erekere’s video, shot in Durban, South Africa, was produced by Rose Lovell and directed by Matt Nefdt while Baseline Entertainment is the Executive Producer.

Set in a fictional location, the pop star uses the visual of Awada Erekere to tell the story of the fantasy of a typical young African woman. Over the period of 4.07 minutes, viewers will be exposed to a wide range of thought- provoking techniques used in relationships, as well as the unspoken role of the typical Nigerian woman.

Meanwhile, we learnt Saeon is presently working on materials with top producers for the release of her yet to be titled debut album. Though she described her style of music as a “Fusion”, Saeon is primarily an R’n’B artiste.

She is also at home with other genres from Afro Beat, to Pop, Techno, Dub-step, and even Rap.
