Mr. Roland Ewubare of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) has finally opened up on his role in the N13.5 billion Halliburton money belonging to the federal Government of Nigeria which was paid into a private escrow account abroad and discovered by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) recently… “The escrow agent or its nominees are typical signatories. The signatories were undisclosed nominees and myself. The escrow account was closed by JP Morgan after Japan Gasoline Corporation payment. The name of the escrow account is ‘Madison Avenue Escrow.’”
