Popular entertainment journalist, Peter Thomas is down with Severe Ulcer, Inflamed Appendix and Ruptured Intestine at Lagos State University Teaching Hospital. He had first stage surgery for 4hours and 30minutes. He’s now begging Governor Ambode of Lagos State, Nigerian Union of Journalists and Guild of Editors for help.

“I have expended over N450,000 (Four Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira) on medical bills at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, LASUTH, Ikeja, Lagos.
“I am suffering Severe Ulcer, Appendix and Ruptured Intestine. I had my first stage surgery successful, though lasted for 4hours and 30minutes. I am still under close observation and random tests. I am kindly reaching out to the Lagos State Government, NUJ, NGE to urgently help me so I may pay my medical bills because I have been unable to do my journalism job due to my health challenges.”
