Pastor Paul Adefarasin of the House On The Rock church, Lagos is in serious trouble. The Pastor and the church have been dragged before
Justice Adebisi Akinlade of the Lagos State High Court by Jerry Chukwueke, Chairman/CEO of Germaine Auto Centre and four others for trespassing on their land in Lekki, Lagos State.
The claimants have sued the Pastor and the church for N800m as damages. They are also asking for N180m as their solicitor fees.
Justice Akinlade had equally granted an interim injunction restraining the Pastor and the church from further trespassing on the land.
Hearing for the suit has been fixed for April 7, 2016.
