Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State has made a shocking confession.

The governor who stormed Redemption Camp on Friday night for the monthly Holy Ghost Congress tagged; “Swimming In Glory 4” confessed that Pastor E.A Adeboye, General Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) delivered him from depression.

The governor also added that after his first tenure as governor he suffered depression but Pastor Adeboye called and prayed for him.

He said he almost considered quitting after his first tenure but the Lord spoke to Him through his devotion that he should re-contest regardless of the many troubles he was going through.

He also gave glory to the Almighty God for his victory at the recently conducted election.

Interestingly, Governor Samuel Ortom is a Christian and a member of the Redeemed Christian Church of God for that matter.
