Arrangements have been concluded to conduct election into various offices in the Nigerian a Institute of Public Relations, Akwa Ibom State Chapter.

Already, forms for election into the offices of Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Public Relations Executive, Assistant Secretary, Financial Secretary and Auditor are on sale at the Image House, Information Drive, Uyo.

A press release signed by Chairman, Electoral Committee, Mr. Israel Umoh and a Member of the committee, Mr. Nsemeke Udoakapan indicates that submission of forms will end on Tuesday, April 26 while screening of aspirants holds on Wednesday, April 27 at the Image House.

The release further states that the list of successful candidates will be published on Thursday, April 28 while voters register will be on display same day.

Manifesto presentation/election will hold on Friday, April 29 at Image House at 12 noon. Interested aspirants are requested to collect and submit forms to the Electoral Committee for screening.

Meanwhile, all NIPR members in the state are advised to pay their 2015 national subscription and up-to-date state dues to enable them to effectively participate in the elections.
