It is no longer news that Naira Marley (Azeez Fashola), Sam Larry (Balogun Eletu) and two others were arraigned and remanded on October 6, 2023 over the controversial circumstances surrounding the death of Mohbad (Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba).

However, a Magistrate’s Court sitting in Yaba, Lagos State, has granted Naira Marley and Sam Larry bail in the sum of N20 million.

Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun in her ruling said:

“As part of the bail conditions, the defendants are to surrender their passports and make weekly appearances at the State Criminal Investigation Department.”

“Any attempts to contact me directly would be recorded and potentially disclosed in open court proceedings.”
