Customer Passion Point Limited (CCPL) led by Ikechukwu Kalu is organizing its monthly program for professionals and business owners. The professional training program is set to hold on Friday 27th January, 2017 at Canton Concourse, 12 Landbridge Venue, Oniru Estate, Victoria Island, Lagos between the hours of 8.00am to 6.00pm.
The program is designed to equip participants with commercial (Marketing, Sales and Customers Service) and Project Management skills to enable them properly position their businesses in the market place. The aim is to discuss and understand strategies that will enable them acquire, grow and retain customers in a way that is sustainable even in the face of challenging business environment.
