Nze Michael Anyiam Osigwe is dead. He was shot in the chest by dare devil armed robbers along Ore-Benin Road very close to Okada town gate on Saturday November 29^th 2014. He was on his way to his home town Nkwere, Imo State to attend a ceremony. He is the elder brother of Peace Anyiam Osigwe, founder of AMAA Awards.

He was rushed to Eko Hospital, Lagos after the robbery attack. He died at the same hospital. He was the co-ordinator of Osigwe Anyiam Osigwe Foundation. He is survived by wife, Okiemute, five children, six brothers and an aged mother, Chief Dorothy Osigwe.
