Lolo Ezechinyelu Joins The Saints

Dear friends, it is with a heavy heart but in total submission to the will of God that I formally announce the transition to glory of my loving mother, Late Lolo Mrs. Patricia Ezechinyelu.

She took ill and passed on on 11th of March, 2020 aged 76.

Born in 1944, to the family of the Late Mr. Simeon & Mrs. Cicilia Okoli, natives of Umuezesue village in Ichida, Anambra State, my mother grew into a beautiful, vibrant, young woman and dazzled the eyes of the Late Chief Basil Ezechinyelu, my father, culminating in a holy matrimony.

Their union, which took place in 1964, is blessed with four exceptional children, including yours sincerely.

All through her life on earth, she was a devout Christian, steadfast in her faith, very industrious, hardworking,  supportive of her husband and his business, and did her best in raising her children to be the upright and hardworking men and woman they are today.

Lolo Ezechimyelu lived a fulfilled and impactful life on earth, leaving behind salutary legacies.

She is survived by loving children and their various families, her siblings, cousins, and loved ones, who sorely miss her.

Lolo Ezechimyelu’s rites of passage will commence on Wednesday 12th August 2020 with a wake keep at her residence, Ichida by 5pm.

Thursday, 13th August 2020, at 10am, funeral mass holds at St. Augustine’s Catholic Church, Ichida after which internment takes place at her residence, Umuebo, Ichida.

Friday, 14th August, funeral ceremonies continue at her compound while outing mass takes place on Sunday, 16th August at St. Augustine’s Catholic church, Ichida.
