Kingmakers, clan head (Baale), chiefs and indigenes of Iruland have endorsed Aremo Adesegun Oniru to succeed his late father, Oba Abiodun Idowu Oniru.

On Wednesday, December 11th, 2019 kingmakers, clan head, chiefs and indigenes of Iruland gathered to declare their support for Aremo Segun Oniru to be their next king.

They chorused that it is compulsory for him to take after his late father’s throne as the next king for the betterment of Iruland.

The clan heads added that the only person that can rule Iruland is Aremo and that he has what it takes to run the town peacefully.

They added that all the good things they are enjoying in Iru today were done by the late Oniru and the only person that can sustain the development is Aremo Segun Oniru.

Besides, the indigenes, kingmakers, clan heads and chiefs have debunked choosing anybody so far. They said the only person they nominated is Aremo Segun Oniru, they disassociate themselves from whoever is parading himself as the new king.
