Kilo One is bereaved. He lost his Mother recently, Madam Mary Emokpie (aka) lhokho , Aged 93 she died  at her resident  in Benin City, Edo State after a long battled Illness. Kilo One told us that he will surely miss her.

Admitting that the mother had been battling ill health for some time now, he said the death was shocking and unexpected.

While the burial ceremony has been fixed for July, 14th – 17th, 2016 in Benin City, Edo State. Don’t forget Kilo One was one of the artistes across the world that came to grace the stage in last year’s edition of Felabration, an annual music festival in honour of Fela Anikulapo Kuti which started on low key and ended with a big bang last year, and the event was really memorable to those who had the opportunity to be part of the festival.
