Senator Jimoh Ibrahim has dragged, Ondo State governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa to court over Ondo governorship primary.

Jimoh has approached the Federal High Court, sitting in Abuja, praying it to nullify the primary election of the All Progressives Congress, APC, conducted in the state on April 20.

He is urging the court to void the nomination of Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa as the flag-bearer of the party for the gubernatorial contest billed for November 16.
