These are not the best of times for Mr. Itohen Henry Ogiri, former Executive Director, Finance and Administration of Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) as the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has sealed a property belonging to him as part of the ongoing investigation of George Turnah former PA to MD, NDDC on youth development.

The property is located at 28, New Heaven Estate, off Tombia Street, New G.R.A Port Harcourt, Rivers State. According to information from the EFCC he is being investigated for alleged conspiracy, stealing, OBT and money laundering.
