Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company (IKEDC) staff has been attacked.

The staff of the electricity distribution company was stabbed on the head with a broken bottle by some youths of a community in Lagos for attempting to disconnect power from the community.

Sources told us that the community has not had power supply for three weeks.

Sources revealed that when the man arrived the community to disconnect some of the houses that have not paid for their electricity bill, the angry residents attacked him, leaving him with several cuts on his head.
