Igbos Don’t Want Biafra – Iwuanyanwu

Prominent businessman cum politician, Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu said recently that what Igbo people desire is president of Nigeria and not Biafra.

 He added that President Muhammadu Buhari should stop treating the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kalu, as a hero and he should quickly try him in the court of law and let him face laws of Nigeria.

The businessman spoke his mind at the National Executive Council meeting of the Nigerian Union of Journalists in Owerri, the Imo state capital recently. “Igbo people are majority tribe in Nigeria. We are everywhere and doing greatly.”

He also advised President Buhari to call a meeting of elders in Nigeria to find solution to the Niger-Delta crises and blasted the Niger-Delta militants for blowing up oil pipelines.
