Prominent Yoruba monarch, Oba Abdulrasheed Akanbi, Oluwo of Iwo is very sad at the moment. The king is not happy with some bloggers who went online to say that he insulted prominent men of God, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye of Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) and Bishop David Oyedepo of Living Faith World Outreach a.k.a Winners Chapel.

The monarch disclosed that he never at any time and any place said that Papa Adeboye and Bishop Oyedepo are fake men of God… “What they are saying is not true, I didn’t attack them. (Adeboye and Oyedepo). I did not say they are not men of God. I delivered a lecture organised by the City People Magazine and spoke about the functions of Obas in the 21st Century. I said Obas are the representatives of God on earth and men of God are messengers of God. That was where I think they twisted, but I never said they are not men of God.”
