Honourable Sunday Karimi, Member of the Federal House of Representatives got his international passport seized at Azikiwe International Airport while trying to board Air France flight to the US recently because he has refused to honour Economic and Financial Crimes Commission invitation over N200 million paid into his account from the Dasukigate arms deal money. Insiders squealed to us that it was Sen. Iyiola Omisore’s company that paid the money into the lawmaker’s account

Mr. Wilson Uwujaren, Head of Media and Publicity of EFCC revealed that: “Following the refusal of Karimi to appear before our team for investigation, we watch-listed him and he was stopped from going abroad. We invited him for interaction on a N200million ONSA funds traced to a company with links to him but he refused to come.”
