Heritage Energy Boss, Naeem-Atiq Sadiq Exposed

Heritage Energy Managing Director, Naeem-Atiq Sadiq has been exposed.

A petition to the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) by some of the company’s workers made available to Top Celebrities Magazine reads;

“We are constrained to write to you in our final hope that someone will deal with the injustice being done to Nigerians working in heritage energy operational services limited, operators of OML30 in Delta state.”

“Mr Naeem, the MD of the company treats Nigerians like slaves and has no respect for Nigerian or Nigeria. He calls Nigerians monkeys and says our lives is not as valuable as a barrel of oil. He says nothing can be done to him because he has connections in high places.”

“Heritage says it is an indigenous company but Mr. Naeem is busy sacking and disgracing Nigerians in senior positions. Since last December, Mr Naeem has sacked Olaitan who was the head of Legal, Mr Chinedu who was the most senior Nigerian in operations and Mr Chidi who is the Director of JV relations will be leaving at the end of December.”

“The only Nigerian remaining in a senior position is Mrs. Bola who is the Head of Human Resources and Admin. But even that one, we believe that Mr Naeem is also trying to sack her because they have started trying to blame her for approving a donation to one of the very important traditional rulers in OML 30.”

“In September, Tope Ajiborisha who was the Business Advisor died only 4 days to her wedding. She died because of Mr. Naeem. Even as she was very sick and the doctors and her colleagues and even NPDC staff told her to stop working and recover first, she went back to start working because Mr. Naeem accused her of “going under the radar”.

“She had to continue working because she was afraid of Mr. Naeem. Mr. Naeem will ask people to work till midnight and during weekends, even during pubic holidays.”

And he is always ready to cheat Nigeria. He lied about production numbers to JV partners (NPDC & Shoreline) and nothing happened to him. Instead, they sacked a Nigerian Mr Segun Olatunji. And Mr. Naeem is telling people that it was Mr. Segun that changed the production numbers.”

“But we know that Mr. Naeem and Imran knew about the false numbers before the fraud was discovered. Deloitte investigated the matter but nobody saw the report. Instead Mr Guido came to townhall to cover Naeem and tell us that nothing was found. But they sacked John Morrision, Miguel and Imran.

“We are constantly having to fight for our right. We have written to DPR many times but no response. Mr. Naeem has consistently told us nothing can be done.”

“Now we hear that Dr Chidi was arrested by EFCC because Naeem has refused to pay Nigerian Contractors, while Mr. Naeem who is a Director in Shoreline (and Mr. Guido who is the Chairman of Heritage energy and board member of Shoreline) are in their countries.”

“While Dr Chidi sits in his EFCC prison, Mr. Naeem, Madam Anniesa, Mr. Paul and Mr. Raffele are all London, laughing at Nigerians. They say we are all stupid and nothing will happen to them because of their connections.”

“He sacks any Nigerian that will fight for the right thing. And leaves weak people that will only do what he wants. For example he sacked Mr Chinedu and left an Indian, Mr Murali who is weak.”

“A lot of Nigerian Contractors cannot feed their families because Mr Naeem refuses to pay them but he is enjoying himself in London. He says it is lack of funding from JV partners, but Heritage Energy owns 80% of Shoreline. So whatever Shoreline owes, Heritage energy owes 80%. They think we are all fools.”

“Even to pay salaries to Heritage staff, Mr. Naeem does not want to pay. Some months ago, he tried to avoid paying salaries and employees had to rise up before salaries were paid late. Now it is Christmas but they have not paid salaries. But Mr Naeem has already collected his salary because they pay him from London.”

“What they cannot do to workers in their country, Mr Naeem is doing to workers in Nigeria. We will not be quiet because we refuse to be enslaved in our country by a Pakistan slave master that thinks we are all his slaves.”

Top Celebrities Magazine made several efforts to get Naeem-Atiq Sadiq to respond to the allegations made against him in this petition but he refused to respond.

We even sent him the petition via WhatsApp, yet he did not respond.
