Northern Elders Forum (NEF) spokesman, Dr. Hakeem Baba-Ahmed has sent a strong warning to Igbo people.

He said; “The killing of Northerners in the South-East must stop.”

“Those responsible should be made to face the law at all cost. Igbo leaders and elders should openly condemn these killings. STOP NOW!”

“Igbo who live in the North must not be harassed or threatened”.

He gave the warning on Thursday, February 18th, 2022 via his verified Facebook page following the recent killing of some Northerners by unknown gunmen at a cattle market in Omuma-Uzo, in Ukwa West Local Government Area of Abia State.
