For example, Lolo Chinwe Anya’s managerial prowess, dexterity and fecundity of ideas birthed the famous LUXE OSTA BRAND.
Currently, she is the CEO of LUXE OSTA BAKERY, MD LUXE OSTA HOTEL & SUITES and the MD KANATELL INT’L
Chinwe has, through these establishments, made great economic impacts on people around her and created tremendous employment opportunities for many.
Equally, she has, through her yearly humanitarian Outreach touched the lives of many here in Lagos and her home town, Ishiagu.
In recognition of her humanitarian and philanthropic activities, Lolo Chinwe Anya has been honoured by a plethora of organisations.
For instance, in 2015, the Catholic Women’s Organisation (CWO) Ishiagu gave her a Merit Award and conferred her the Title EZI ADA EJI EJE MBA in recognition of her contributions towards the growth and development of the Community.
In 2016, Lolo and her husband received one of the highest honorary traditional Titles from the Igwe’s Council and were conferred the Chieftain title of CHIEF & LOLO OCHIRI OZUO 1 of ndi Ishiagu.

Born on the 26th of December, 1973, in Ishiagu, Ebonyi State, to the family of Hon. Lawrence O. Ajah and Late Mrs Regina Ajah, in her e
childhood days, Chinwe was a very smart, Intelligent and hardworking girl.
She had her Primary education between 1981 and 1986 and her Secondary school education at Girls Secondary School Ishiagu (1987 -1989) & Ishiagu High School (1990 -1993) respectively and was one of the highest-ranked students of her set.
Lolo gained admission into the prestigious Madonna University Okija in 1994, as one of the pioneer students to study Accounting, graduating in 1999, to Enugu State University of Technology (ESUT), in affiliation where she obtained a Bachelor of Science Accounting degree (BSc Acy).
And got married to her husband, Chief John Anya the same year.
In 2000, she worked as an Accountant with Voice of Nigeria (VON), Lagos for the one-year compulsory National Service. She resigned a few years later to join her husband in managing the family business.
Lolo is blessed with 6 beautiful Children, a loving family and friends Lolo Chinwe Anya, is a resourceful wife, a loving mother, and a benevolent and resilient businesswoman. The virtues that endear her to many.
