Chief of Defense Staff, General Lucky Irabor has dropped a bombshell.

He said: “There will be no more coups in Nigeria. Democracy has come to stay; a government of the people, by the people and for the people has come to stay.”

“I have been discussing with the Inspector-General of Police to work out modalities on election security.”

“We’ve also made contingencies should we be required to give support to the police as the election is conducted.”
