Eulogies As Nzekwe Joins The Saints

Fulfilment in life is not necessarily how much wealth one acquired but how many lives touched. In death, there is no doubt that Nnaoma Thaddeus Amandibuogu Nzekwe (Omemaucheoha) feels fulfilled because he lived a life of selflessness, service to humanity and community.

Above all, service to God. He touched lives and was loved for his good deeds. Aged 86, the late Amandibuogu Nzekwe was a devout Catholic whose wholesale devotion and dedication to the church and things of God earned recognition and award with the prestigious title of Nnaoma (good father).

A shrewd businessman, he was a man of many parts business wise. Amandibuogu Nzekwe diversified into different business concerns and made fortune from them all.He was into buying and supplying of cement which he did for many years.He was later to delve into farming, Agro- chemicals, specializing in pest control.He was also into sell and supply of drinks.

A lover of education, the late Amandibuogu spared nothing in ensuring that he gave all his children quality education. His love for God and the church ensured that one of his sons is today a Catholic priest.

A programme of event for the late Amandibuogu’s rite of passage as release by the family indicated that his remains will leave Amabilis hospital mortuary, Umukegwu Akokwa to his compound for lying in state on Tuesday, 10th September, 2019 at 8am.

Burial mass comes up at 10am at St.Aloysius Catholic Church, Umukegwu, Akokwa. Interment follows immediately.Thanksgiving mass holds on September 15, 2019 at 6.30pm.
