Former governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai has revealed to Nigerians that he was never a friend to President Bola Tinubu.

El-Rufai made the shocking revelation in an interview recently.

He said: “I was indifferent on who became the presidential candidate of APC.”

“The only thing I was determined to do was to stop a Northerner from becoming the candidate of the party based on what I know.”

“When we formed the party in 2013, we agreed that after Buhari’s 8years, power will go to the South.”

“Tinubu was never my friend, we weren’t close”.
