Popular Afrobeats singer, Davido has attacked the President of the Nigeria Union of Road Transport Workers NURTW), MC Oluomo over his comments on the suspension of the union’s activities in Osun State.

Taking to his Instagram Story, Davido mocked the NURTW president.

He wrote: “MC Oluomo wey no fit compose sentence dey talk. Kudosuuuu.”

Davido’s reaction came after MC Oluomo, through his deputy, Aliyu Issa Ore, insisted that the Osun State Government had no authority to suspend the union’s operations.

He said: “Today, we heard that the state governor in Osun suspended the activities of our union, which they don’t have that power. Not a single state governor has power to suspend the activities of the union because we are not under any state.”

Governor Ademola Adeleke had earlier suspended the activities of the NURTW at motor parks across Osun State following violent clashes between rival factions. He also directed security agencies to arrest anyone operating in the union’s name.

For those who don’t know, Davido is Governor Adeleke’s nephew.
