College of Education Mosogar, Provost, Dr. Israel Imide has congratulated Governor Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa of Delta State on his emergence as the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Vice Presidential Candidate for the 2023 general election.

Dr. Imide in a congratulatory message he issued on behalf of the College and Governing Council said:
