Former Deputy Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives, Hon. Chibudom Nwuche is in trouble. The APC chieftain is now being grilled by operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over contracts worth N5.6 billion awarded to his company, Foundation For Youth Development by the Amnesty Office under the leadership of former Special Adviser to the President, Kingsley Kuku.
The contracts were meant for the training of ex-militants in Malaysia. The Rivers State born politician was seen at the Abuja head office of the EFCC recently. Insiders at the EFCC disclosed to us that the politician is still been quizzed over the contracts.
