Charles Igbinidu Loses Mum

Ace PR practitioner and Managing Director of CFO and Associates Limited, Mr. Charles Igbinidu has lost his mother. Late Madam Grace Ewere Imasuen passed on in the early hours of October 12, 2017 after a brief illness.

Born June 2, 1941 in Benin City, Edo State, Madam Grace is survived by two (2) children, Charles Igbinidu and his wife, Funlola Igbinidu; Jennifer and her husband, Ejiro Rorobi; six grandchildren; brothers and sisters.

Until her death, Madam Imasuen was involved in various community works and an active member of St. Matthews Anglican Church, Benin City. As a trained teacher who taught for so many years, Madam Imasuen bagged her NCE from the College of Education, Ekiadolor and acquired her Associateship Certificate in Education from the University of Benin (UNIBEN), Benin City.

She retired in the year 2000 as a Senior Head Mistress. Describing his mother, Charles Igbinidu said; “She was a caring mother who did all she could to ensure that her children imbibed excellent values, quality education and succeeded in their chosen career”.

“My Mother was the most beautiful woman I ever saw. I attribute all my success in my life to the moral, intellectual, physical and education I received from her.”

“She was a beautiful soul, kind and very hardworking. She was also very prayerful. I attribute all my accomplishments in life to her love, sacrifices, encouragement and prayers. She will be greatly missed,” he said.

Concluding, he said; “In the words of Eliza Cook, I miss thee, my Mother! Thy image is still the deepest impressed on my heart”.
