How Buhari’s Son Escaped Death

It is no longer news that President Muhammadu Buhari’s son, Yusuf was involved in a power bike accident in the Gwarinpa area of Abuja on Boxing Day night, Tuesday December 26, 2017.

However, we gathered that Yusuf who sustained a head injury and had one of his limbs broken has undergone a successful surgery at Ceda Crest Hospital, Abuja.

Be that as it may, Garuba Shehu, presidential spokesman had revealed in a statement that “Yusuf Buhari had a bike accident on Tuesday night around Gwarimpa in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. He broke a limb and had an injury to the head as a result. He has undergone surgery at a clinic in Abuja. He is in a stable condition.”

A source squealed that besides Yusuf’s father and mother, Aisha, other prominent politicians have been trooping the hospital to visit Yusuf who had not regained full consciousness. We were also told that his father’s aides and clerics were conducting a prayer session for him at a mosque in the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Meanwhile, a source at the hospital disclosed that Yusuf’s condition had yet to improve and that his parents visited him on Thursday morning. We also learnt the Senate President, Bukola Saraki visited him on same Thursday.

“There were other dignitaries who came but could not be easily identified because of the heavy security personnel around them.”
