Bode George Opens Up On Wike

Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain, Bode George has revealed why the party will not sack Nyesom Wike, Minister of Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

He said: “PDP is not interested in firing people, it is making efforts to reconcile other members aside Wike.”

“The party is working to settle its matters. There is a standing committee. They are going to add more members to do a post-mortem analysis.”

“We don’t want to start firing because there are one or two people that are still thinking about the past. The party must move on.”

“It is an issue in the party. It should not be resolved in the marketplace. We are going to settle our own matters like a family.”

“On speculations whether Atiku will vie to be the party’s flagbearer in 2027, time will tell if the former vice president will run again. PDP is not a private enterprise.”
