The political war between the late Biafra war lord, Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu’s wife, Bianca Ojukwu and Ojukwu’s children has taken another dimension.

The former Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria (MBGN) now turned politician, Bianca’s siblings have hit back at the children of the late Biafra leader. This is coming after the sons of Ojukwu vowed to oppose Bianca’s candidacy and senatorial ambition to represent Anambra South Senatorial District under the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA).

However, speaking for the family, Bianca’s brother, Dr Josef Umunnakwe Onoh, said; “Ojukwu’s children are ignorant of the Nigerian laws. Ojukwu children claim that the marriage between their father and my sister (Bianca) was not contracted in the proper procedure. The opposition from Ojukwu’s children will not stop Bianca from winning the election.”

For those who don’t know, Bianca Ojukwu is currently seeking the ticket of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) to represent Anambra South Senatorial District in the Senate.

She hails from Ngwo town, in Enugu State but was married to Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu who is from Nnewi, Anambra State, as a result her late husband’s children are determined to stand against her senatorial ambition to represent them since she is not from Anambra State. They noted that Bianca could in future marry another man from another state.
